Buyers and sellers should contact each other within three working days after the listing ends.
If you don't have an End of Listing email, you can:Click the My eBay button at the top of any eBay page
Click the “Won” link in the left column
Click on the item. To contact the seller, click the “Ask seller a question” link.
Tip: Remember, many eBay sellers keep regular working hours, and some do not respond to emails during the evening, on weekends, on holidays, and so on.
If you cannot contact the seller by email after you purchase an item, or you don't receive a response, you should request the member's contact information and call them. Remember, in order to obtain this information about another member, you have to be involved in a transaction with them.
