Live Help allows you to ask your questions to an eBay representative live using an instant messaging service.

On a selected number of prominent eBay pages such as Registering as a member and the Sell Your Item form, you will find a Live Help button. Upon clicking on the button, you will be asked for your User ID and email address to start chatting.

Live Help is available 5 days a week Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 4.30pm SST.
