Paying on eBay

Complete your payment with ease

Paying for items on eBay has never been easier! If your seller uses eBay's payment system (Checkout) or offers PayPal, you have access to a fast, easy and convenient way to complete your payment on eBay. If your seller does not use eBay's payment system or offer PayPal, you will need to follow the seller's instructions to determine how to pay for the item

Using eBay's payment system (Checkout) offers these benefits:
  • A fast, familiar way to give the seller your postage address, get the total, and pay for the item.

  • The option to save your postage address and/or payment information for future purchases - you can even access postage addresses stored in a PayPal account if you have one!

  • The capability to combine purchases from the same seller and pay with a single payment (if the seller offers this)

  • Pay immediately, if the seller accepts PayPal. Learn how to pay using PayPal.

While your listing is active, the payment details will appear at the bottom of the listing.

If the seller uses eBay's payment system or offers PayPal, a Pay Now button will appear on the listing page when the listing ends. Just click this button to begin the payment process. You'll also find the Pay Now button in My eBay and in the End of Auction email
