Note: Terms and conditions found on the listing page may not contradict those found on the linked page.
Violations of this policy may result in a range of actions, including:
“Click here to see more details on my Terms and Conditions” is permitted if relevant portions of the terms and conditions are also included on the listing page and the terms and conditions are the same.
Sellers may use a logo for any of the above links. However, the logo may not measure more than 88 x 33 pixels and may not flash or otherwise move. Exception: You may link to your eBay listings.
Why does eBay have this policy?
This policy allows sellers to provide potential buyers with more detailed information about their terms and conditions while ensuring the buyer is not encouraged to complete the transaction outside of eBay. Transacting outside of eBay circumvents eBay fees and may be unsafe.
