You can make a one-time payment for your eBay selling fees from the Account tab in My eBay using any of the following payment methods:
PayPal
(Note: One-time payment of eBay fees with PayPal is only available for users registered on eBay.com.sg)
Important: Please do not send cash payments to eBay.

Note: The option to make a one-time payment allows sellers to pay eBay fees, it is not a method for buyers to pay sellers. Payments for items buyers have purchased must be sent directly to the sellers. Please do not send these payments to eBay.
Coordinating one-time and automatic payments
Even if you have an automatic payment method on file, you can still make a one-time payment. However, to avoid duplicate payments, allow at least five days between any one-time payment and your automatic scheduled payment You can review the automatic payment schedule to see when your automatic payments are debited from your payment source.
Making a one-time payment by PayPal
You can make a one-time payment using PayPal at any time.
To make a one-time PayPal payment:
Go to My eBay. You might be asked to sign in.
Under Payment methods for Seller Fees, click the one-time payment link.
Enter the amount you want to pay, and then click the Pay button.
Log in to PayPal to complete your payment.
One-time PayPal payment posting
Payments are posted to your eBay account depending on when the funds are available in your PayPal account.
If you have funds directly available in your PayPal account, your payment will be posted to your eBay account within minutes.
If you fund your PayPal account through your checking account, your eBay account will reflect the payment as "pending" until the funds have cleared. This may take several days. You will be able to check the status of the payment in your PayPal account, and review your eBay account status page to see if it has posted to your eBay account.
One-time PayPal payment requirements
You must be a registered user of eBay.com, eBay.ca, or eBay.co.uk.
You must be billed in U.S. Dollars, U.K. Pounds, Canadian Dollars, Euros, or Yen.

Making a one-time payment by credit card
Even if you already have an automated payment method on file, you can still make a one-time payment using a credit card.
To make a one-time payment by credit card: Go to My eBay. You might be asked to sign in.
Under Payment methods for Seller Fees, click the one-time payment link.
Click the Pay with your credit card link.
Enter the amount you want to pay.
If you want, click Use a different credit card to enter different credit card information.
Enter your card identification number.
Click the Continue button and follow the on-screen directions to complete your payment.
Note: You don't have to use the same credit card that you used to become an eBay seller. Your credit card will normally be charged 5 to 7 days after you receive your invoice. Learn more about eBay account invoices and payment schedules.
Making a one-time payment by wire transfer
You can make a one-time payment by wire transfer (also known as bank transfer or TT) through a bank, online banking or via ATM.
Note: Each time before you use this option, you will be required to fill out a payment coupon.
To obtain a payment coupon: Click the “My eBay” link at the top of the eBay home page.
On the left-hand side of the page under My eBay Views, click the "Seller Account" link under the “My Account” section.
Under eBay Seller Fees, click the “wire transfer” link.
Click the “Mail in a check or money order” link.
On the One-time eBay Wire Transfer page, you will find all the information required to make a wire transfer payment from your bank account. Make sure you have all the details noted down when making payment through your bank.
When paying by wire transfer:
You must be billed in Singapore dollars.
You can make payment either at a bank, through online banking or an ATM.
Must use Buy It Now and PayPal.
