Overview of the Store Inventory Format
You must have an eBay Store to use this format.
Items are listed at a set price (no bidding).
Listings have a different fee structure than Auction-style and Fixed Price listings
Listings can have an unlimited duration. You choose whether you want a listing to end after 30 days or a Good ‘Til Cancelled duration, which renews automatically every 30 days until the item sells or you end the listing.
Listings have less visibility in regular eBay search and browse results than Auction-style and Fixed Price listings.
Listing upgrade features have a different visibility level.
While the upgrade features in a Store Inventory listing always appear in your Store view, these features only surface in regular eBay search and browse results in specific instances.
Use the Gallery picture feature for SG$0.25 and the Item Subtitle feature for only SG$0.40.
Where do Store Inventory Listings Appear
Store Inventory listings appear in the main search results when 30 or fewer Auction-style and Fixed Price results surface in the following areas:
Regular eBay search and browse results
Product Details, but only when the seller uses Pre-filled Item Information.
Store Inventory listings always appear in the main search results at the end of Auction-style and Fixed Price results when:
The Store Inventory Only or All Items Including Store Inventory check box in the Search Options box is selected on the search and browse pages
Store Inventory listings are included in specialised Stores searches in the following areas:
Your eBay Store
Seller's Other Items (accessed by clicking the "View seller's other items" link on any item listing page)

Note: If buyers select the "Title and description" check box for a search, Store Inventory items will appear using the same rules when buyers select the "Search title and description" check box to search both item titles and item descriptions.
Use the following methods to promote your Store Inventory listings and your Store:
We recommend that you list in all formats. Many buyers enjoy the thrill of Auction-style listings on eBay. Others love the instant gratification of Fixed Price and Store Inventory purchases. It is important to have Auction-Style and Fixed Price listings to cross-promote your Store and Store Inventory listings. Within these listings, describe your Store and include links to your Store's homepage, Store categories or Store Inventory items by activating the Store Listing Frame.
Include your Store branding (such as colours, logo and theme) and your Store's Web address in all your correspondence with buyers, such as emails, packing slips and advertisements.
Set up your cross-promotions to promote Store Inventory items to buyers when they view, bid on, or win your other items.
Additional tips for promoting your Store.
Benefits of Using the Store Inventory format:
Low cost - Regardless of quantity, Store Inventory allows you to offer a greater range of inventory at a low cost.
Longer duration - Items are listed at a fixed price (no bidding) for an unlimited duration (30 days or Good 'Til Cancelled) but provide limited visibility.
Inventory Management - Use Store Inventory items as your inventory management system. Because of their lower cost and longer duration, your listings can be used to keep track of the number of items you have available and their cost. Along with Selling Manager Pro, this can be a very useful business tool.
