Since October 2009, eBay US, UK and Germany have been using the new seller requirements in order to expand our buyer markets by having greater quality sellers. By April 2010, the minimum seller requirements on our US, UK and Germany websites will be more stringent. Please refer to the following table for the specific requirements.

If you are unable to achieve the minimum seller requirements for our 3 main websites on your account by April, selling on these websites may be affected. In order to encourage smooth international trade on eBay and help you become a quality seller, we have specially launched the “Enjoy a 30% rebate on eBay transaction fees by improving your seller account” programme.

Programme Period:
10 March 2010 to 31 March 2010 (Pacific Standard Time)
Target Group:
South East Asian sellers who have received an exclusive e-mail invitation.
Reward Details:
All transactions completed on eBay US, UK and Germany websites during the programme period will be entitled to a 30% rebate on the final value fees (Maximum of US$2 per transaction)
Reward Requirements:
Your seller account must achieve the respective minimum seller requirements for the US, UK and Germany websites in April (details in the table above).
How Rebates will be awarded:
The rebate will be awarded through your registered PayPal account on eBay by the end of May 2010. (Please ensure that your PayPal account is valid, or you will be unable to receive your rebate.)
 
Terms and Conditions:
  1. This programme is only open to sellers whose accounts are registered in South East Asia. In the event of a change of registration location during the programme, eBay reserves the right to disqualify the participating account.
  2. The maximum rebate for each participating account is USD$500.
  3. If you have never conducted any transactions on the US, UK and Germany websites, you are still entitled to the rebate if you are able to meet the minimum requirements for the website on which you are trading.
  4. At the end of the programme, only accounts that have met the reward requirements will be informed.
