The Resolution Center can be accessed at https://resolutioncenter.ebay.com.sg. Another option is to access the Resolution Center directly from your listing in My eBay.
Within the Resolution Center, the seller can search for a specific claim by typing the item number into the search field (see above example). If the Resolution Center was accessed from the listing within My eBay, the case corresponding to the item number will automatically be displayed. Case details can be viewed by clicking on the corresponding “See case details” link.
The buyer’s selections and comments will be displayed on the case details page for both parties to view. Sellers have seven 7 days (on eBay US) or 10 days (on eBay UK) to resolve all concerns with the buyer before the case is escalated to eBay Customer Support for resolution. It's important you use the Resolution Center to communicate with your buyer when resolving a Case, so eBay has an official record of your communication.
