If you want to upload and download files from eBay you need to get a
security toke. Your token will be valid for one year, after which you must request another one.
To download your files programmatically, you must send an HTTP GET request to https://bulksell.ebay.com.sg/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?FileExchangeUpload. This request will enable you to download your requested files. When sending HTTP GET requests you must pass the file reference number. This reference number (ref #)is available in the File Upload Confirmation email or on the View Upload Results page.
Note: Remember to store your token securely and refrain from sharing it with others
