There are certain items that may not be sold on eBay or may only be sold in special areas of the site, such as our Mature Audiences section. eBay may end a listing early if it violates one of our stated policies. eBay’s listing policies also provide guidelines on how an item may be listed and described. Items may be removed for violations of the Listing Policies.
Note: Even if you offer to give away for "free" (rather than sell) a prohibited, questionable, or infringing item, this will not relieve you of potential liability. This applies to both seller and buyer.
Tip: Remember, if an item is illegal, buyers may be subject to liability for purchasing the item.
