Sellers who are selling individual cell phone faceplates that can fit Samsung, Nokia and Motorola phones may not do the following:

• List 15 individual cell phone faceplates for Samsung
• List 15 individual cell phone faceplates for Nokia
• List 15 individual cell phone faceplates for Motorola

This would be considered 45 identical listings and would be considered a violation.

Sellers who are selling individual same-model computers from Dell may not add an additional item of insignificant value to the listing in order to �create� a unique listing:

• List 15 individual same-model Dell computers with a pen each
• List 15 individual same-model Dell computers with a mouse pad each
• List 15 individual same-model Dell computers with a package of paper clips each

This would be considered 45 identical listings and would be considered a violation.

Exceptions:

Tickets
Due to the nature of general admission tickets, sellers that list general admission tickets in the Tickets category may list up to 20 identical listings simultaneously.

eBay Motors: light bulbs
Due to the many variations of vehicle light bulbs, sellers may have no more than 25 vehicle light bulb listings running simultaneously.

Listing Tip: The best method to list identical items is through eBay�s Storefront or Multiple Item Auctions formats.

The eBay marketplace should be a level playing field for all members. The number of identical listings allowed per seller is set at 15 so that no one seller can dominate page views (and the marketplace) thus making it more difficult for buyers to locate the full range of options available.
