Select an option from the “Refund type given” drop-down menu:

• Money back: You'll send money back to the buyer for the cost of the item.

• Money plus postage back: You'll send money back to the buyer for the cost of the item plus the cost of postage.

• Exchange: You'll exchange the item for an item of equal value.

• Merchandise credit: You'll give the buyer credit toward the purchase of another item you're selling.
